In this course, training related to sewing of women will be given to women, after which they can open their boutiques in which they will be given regular training for 5-6 hour in the class for 3 months in which 30 women will receive training daily.

Swasthya Mandir Sansthan is a non-governmental development organization who has been working on health, women Empowerment, self-employment and environment monitoring for last 8 years. Project duration will be for 1 year and in which 08 villages will be benefited to 720 women & girls. The Project will be implemented in 3 phases i.e. Phase 1. Preparatory Stage (2 months), Phase 2. Execution Stage (9 months), Phase 3. Evaluation Stage (1 months). During the preparatory phase, Situational analyses, collection of basic data, meeting with community stakeholders, identification for establish-ment of Swasthya Mandir Sansthan, recruitment of staff etc will be done and their orientation will be done. A detailed implementation plan will also be de-veloped in consultation with community stakeholders. Project will have a system of routine monitoring from monitoring the Sansthan by visiting the Centre and to review the program progress on monthly, quarterly and annual basis based on the performance and impact in-dicators. 1) PROJECT GOAL: - ? To educate uneducated women and girls for education and their education sys-tem. ? Sharing employable skills like beautician techniques, stitching, embroidery, fash-ion designing and soon. ? Provide the basic knowledge of using the Computer. ? Help them in developing their communicative skills. ? Creating awareness of Women's Rights.
